AUTO PARTS / PRODUCT and SERVICES
Module where auto parts are saved. Use the Purchase Order to add new ones. Users may also prefer to add them on the fly right in the Invoicing module.
Use PRODUCT and SERVICES for labor or any products used for a repair.
This is where users create estimates for customer requests. The layout is similar the Invoicing module. However, a button allows converting an estimate into an invoice to save time.
This module can only be found in the ASM Pro. It is for medium-sized garages that need information on mechanic productivity. The Work Order module is the right tool for repairs that take place over a long period.

From a vendor PO, enter auto parts in the table. Once done, click on the + sign and then on the General Ledger icon to make an entry in the General Ledger on the fly!
